This policy applies to Delyoo Support & Service SMS. Radivale Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, United States, operates Delyoo and is responsible for this messaging program. COMBINAT LLC, 930 South 4th Street, Ste 209, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States, provides SMS operations solely on Radivale’s behalf. COMBINAT is a service provider, not a separate sender enrolling you in its own messaging program. Contact contact@delyoo.com with privacy questions or requests.
Mobile information is not shared for marketing
We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes advertising audiences, lead generation, and marketing by any affiliate. These restrictions apply throughout Delyoo, notwithstanding any broader advertising, analytics, or disclosure provisions in the platform privacy policy.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to another sender. We do not share them with third parties or affiliates for their independent use. Your consent belongs only to this Delyoo program and cannot enroll you in another business’s messaging program.
Information used for SMS
We use your verified telephone number, Delyoo account identifier, consent or withdrawal choice, time of that choice, collection source, and the version and text of the disclosure you saw. When messaging is available, we also process messages, replies, delivery information, and opt-out requests to provide support and service notifications, prevent misuse, and respect your communication preferences.

We use this information only to provide Delyoo support and service text messages, administer consent and opt-out requests, deliver messages, prevent misuse, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with applicable law.
Service providers acting solely on Radivale’s behalf may process only the information necessary to administer and deliver this program. COMBINAT LLC provides technical SMS administration; Twilio and participating telecommunications providers route and deliver messages. These providers receive no independent right to use your mobile information or SMS consent. Processing needed for service delivery does not permit marketing, advertising audiences, lead generation, or enrollment in another sender’s program. SMS consent is not disclosed to other Delyoo users or their businesses.

Your controls
Enrollment is optional. You can withdraw through Delyoo Partner settings or by replying STOP to a program message. Reply HELP or contact contact@delyoo.com for assistance. This consent covers support and service notifications only, not marketing or login codes. You may email contact@delyoo.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may retain consent and suppression records as needed to honor withdrawals, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations; access is limited to authorized personnel and providers.
