Delyoo Support & Service SMS Terms
Last updated September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30-v2
Delyoo is operated by Radivale Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, United States. COMBINAT LLC, 930 South 4th Street, Ste 209, Las Vegas, NV 89101, United States, provides SMS operations on behalf of Radivale. The program name is Delyoo Support & Service SMS. Messages identify Delyoo as the service you chose to hear from. Consent applies only to this program and does not authorize messages from COMBINAT or another business for its independent purposes.
What you agree to receive
By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox and saving your preference, you agree to receive automated, non-marketing texts from Delyoo about your support conversations, service requests, bookings, and service status at your verified account phone number. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not include advertising, account registration, login codes, or identity verification codes. Providing a phone number or accepting the general Delyoo terms alone does not enroll you.
When messaging launches, a successful enrollment will be acknowledged in Delyoo and followed by a confirmation text identifying this program, its variable frequency, possible message and data rates, and HELP and STOP instructions. No service texts are sent before SMS consent is recorded and messaging is available.
Your choice
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing services. You can use Delyoo without enrolling. Only enroll a number you own or are authorized to use. Your personal SMS preference applies across your Delyoo workspaces; an organization administrator cannot give consent on your behalf.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to a program message or turn off SMS in your Delyoo Partner settings to withdraw consent. After STOP, you may receive one confirmation of your request; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Withdrawing SMS consent does not close your account. If your number changes, consent must be collected again for the new number.
START or UNSTOP removes Twilio’s delivery block for your number. It does not replace the separate Delyoo SMS consent. If you withdrew that consent, renew it in Delyoo settings before service texts can resume.
Help and delivery
Reply HELP for assistance or email contact@delyoo.com. SMS is not an emergency channel. Delivery is subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal documents by SMS.
Privacy and changes
The SMS Privacy Notice explains how we use mobile information. These SMS terms supplement the Delyoo platform terms. A material expansion of the messages covered by your consent requires a new consent; we do not treat silence as acceptance of additional message categories.
